Review sources and proposals
Keyword suggestions copy a segment when it contains a potentially relevant word or phrase. A rule can flag “budget” without knowing whether that budget is approved. It can miss a requirement entirely. Read the full transcript and add anything important that the finder missed.
Review each finding
Check the speaker, exact excerpt and surrounding segment. Preserve uncertainty, conditions and negative wording. Choose Include or Exclude, and record a reviewer name and a reason. Editing a finding or its source context resets its review. Linked findings must be included and reviewed before the proposal can be frozen.
You can add your own uncited finding. It is labeled author-added and cannot satisfy the requirement for at least one included finding supported by a transcript.
Write a concrete proposal
“Fill empty sections” copies included, reviewed findings into matching sections. Existing text is preserved. It does not generate prices, commercial terms, approvals or dates. Links indicate the evidence you selected; they do not prove that your rewritten text has the same meaning.
Price the proposed work
Quantities support three decimal places. Unit prices support two. USD, CAD, EUR, GBP and AUD use two-decimal amounts. Changing currency never converts the amounts.
Each line rounds half-up to cents. The overall discount is allocated by largest remainder, then the exclusive tax rate applies to discounted taxable lines. The proposed deposit is a percentage of the total, with the rest shown as the balance. This is a proposed price, not an invoice or payment collection.
Save and share
A final version needs a title, your business, client, valid dates, a transcript, at least one included cited finding, completed finding reviews, overview, scope, commercial terms and a described price item. Record your final review and version note to save a snapshot.
Snapshots stay separate from later draft edits. Their hashes detect accidental or inconsistent changes on import. They are local records, not tamper-proof signatures or customer acceptance. Up to ten versions fit in each proposal.
Customer HTML and Markdown omit private evidence by default. Evidence CSV and the optional internal appendix contain transcript excerpts and review notes. Check their contents before sharing. For PDF, open the downloaded HTML and use your browser’s print dialog.
