Privacy and local data

This free preview processes transcripts and proposal documents in your browser. Transcript parsing, keyword suggestions, pricing and exports do not call a model or send document content to our server.

Storage and access

Workspace data is saved in this browser profile. It is not encrypted by a product account. Anyone with access to the same profile may be able to view it. There are no product accounts, Google sign-in, cloud backups or team permissions in this preview.

The theme preference is stored locally. There are no analytics scripts or tracking cookies added by this app. Loading the website still sends normal connection information such as IP address and requested paths to the hosting provider, Vercel. Their infrastructure may keep operational logs.

Private exports

Backups and evidence exports include source text, contact information and review notes. Customer proposal exports omit the evidence appendix by default, but contain the proposal text and pricing you entered. Inspect a file before sending it. The app does not send documents, record customer approval, collect payment or initiate a contract.

Use and availability

Use material you have permission to process. Review your proposals for accuracy and suitability. Keyword matches are suggestions and can miss or misclassify statements. Local review names are self-reported; source hashes are not proof of authenticity.

Audio transcription, assisted drafting, hosted APIs, email/password and Google accounts, cloud sharing and paid plans remain future integration work. Purchases are disabled. This preview is available without a service-level guarantee. Keep backups of work you need.

Delete your workspace

Use Manage → Erase workspace and verify that the save succeeds, or clear this site’s browser storage. Downloaded files and copies you shared are separate. See the storage guide for failure recovery.
