Call to Proposal guide
Call to Proposal is a browser-local tool for turning a transcript into a reviewed business proposal. The current preview uses deterministic parsing, keyword suggestions and exact pricing arithmetic.
- Create a proposal. Open the workspace and start a blank draft, or try the clearly labeled example.
- Add source text. Paste your notes or select a supported transcript file. Choose the correct interpretation. Read the imported segments.
- Find and review details. Run the keyword finder, then check each suggestion against its quoted segment. Add missed findings manually. Record an include or exclude decision with your name and reason.
- Compose the offer. Fill empty sections from included findings, then edit scope, assumptions and terms. Enter prices yourself; the tool never treats a mentioned budget as an agreed price.
- Save a reviewed version. Add the final author review and a version note. The app checks required information, reviewed findings and source references.
- Export and back up. Download the customer document, review it, and share it yourself. Keep a workspace backup to preserve private source text and saved versions.
